From what time can I enter the room and can I check in earlier (early check in)?
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. If early check-in is possible, you will be informed, but it is not guaranteed.
How late can I stay in my room? Is it possible to check out later (late check-out)?
Check-out is before 12 noon. You can request late check-out at an additional cost, subject to availability.
What are the reception opening hours?
The opening hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. However, the reception will be open daily from 08:00 to 23:00.
Can I check in late?
Our reception closes at 23:00 hrs, however, if you arrive after that time, just call us on +34 683 36 97 23 when you are on your way from the airport (15 minutes before your arrival), and our security staff will be waiting for you at the front door to check you in. (This number is not valid for WhatsApp calls).
How can I make changes to my booking and how can I cancel it?
If you wish to make any changes to your booking you can call us on +34 683 36 97 23, write to us at hello@hotelveintiuno.com or go to ‘My bookings’ and follow the steps to modify it.
How can I get from the airport? Can I request a transfer from the airport to the accommodation?
You can always request an airport transfer service (with at least two days' notice). This service is not included in the price of the stay. You can also get there by public transport.
What is the easiest way to get to the hotel by public transport?
From the airport, you can take a public transport bus. The corresponding lines would be Global nº 60 and nº 30.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms or common areas?
No, all our rooms and indoor areas are 100% smoke-free.
Is it possible to go up to the terrace to have a drink or spend the day without being a guest?
Currently access to the terrace is exclusively for hotel guests.
Is the pool open all year round, are pool towels available and is the pool heated?
Yes, our outdoor pool is open all year round.
Yes, you can request them at reception at no extra cost. It is not heated.
Are children allowed?
The VEINTIUNO is an adults-only hotel, from 16 years of age.
Is breakfast included, and are there options for special diets? What time is it served?
Breakfast is included in the stay, being an à la carte menu of sweet and savoury options, with juice, coffee, tea and water included. Every day from 08:00 - 11:00.
Yes, we offer alternatives for vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten-free diets.
How does the Wi-fi work?
You will be provided with a password at the beginning of your stay and you will have connection throughout the hotel for any device.
What are the views from the exterior view rooms?
All rooms with exterior view overlook C/ Espíritu Santo.

We have rooms prepared for your adapted stay, it is essential that you indicate this when making a reservation.
Does the hotel accept pets?
No, the hotel VEINTIUNO is not pet friendly.
Does the hotel have its own parking?
No, but there is a private parking lot in the immediate vicinity, 500 metres away. Additional service, price not included in the booking. 12€/day.
Does the hotel offer a luggage storage service?
You can leave your luggage with us in the luggage room if necessary.
Is there a laundry service at the hotel?

You can indicate your preference when booking; we will do our best to assign you to that room, although we cannot guarantee it.
